We want your experience with The Fragrant Jar. to be as simple and smooth as possible. We believe in everything we make and we have a high value in our customer service as we do for our products. We've worked hard so you can have a great final product.

Shipping Fees: Shipping costs reflect the care and protection taken to deliver your items safely. Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping.

Summer rule: While The Fragrant Jar is based in Dallas, Texas, please note that during the summer months (June through the end of August), we follow a Summer Shipping Schedule for all our wax products. During this period, orders will only be shipped Monday through Wednesday to ensure your package doesn’t sit in the heat over the weekend. We take pride in the quality of our products and want your order to arrive safely and in perfect condition, just as you expect.”

We aim to process your orders as quickly as we can. Most of our orders are fulfilled within 1-7 business days. Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information.
